Once an order is placed, we hope to get it into the system within one hour of when we receive it...often much less especially during daytime (US Central time) hours.  If received overnight, after 11 PM US Central time, your order may not be entered until early the following morning, unless we do an overnight run. 

You will receive an email when an order is placed (check spam/junk in case yo do not see it), and once an order is processed, you will receive a Fulfillment notice, showing that your request has started to progress though the system. The time it takes to work through and show on your page varies on server load, capacity and how active the servers are.  Some services go through quicker than others and can show up in minutes (TikTok, IG, Sound Cloud are typically quick during the day) while others may take much longer (Spotify).  If there is some attritional loss once uploaded, although uncommon, we will provide a one time top-up of any lost upon request.   The services provided may vary in type locale, and we can offer no guaranty on either.
