Politique de remboursement

If there is question or an issue with the order please send an email to info@boostyourpresence.net, or chat with us when available.  We will make it right if there is an issue we caused.  Please wait 48 hours for your order to be completed (although most are much quicker, often within two hours of fulfillment). In the event of an issue after the 48 hour period, a refund will be given upon request.  There is a charge of $1 per refund + 10% of the value of the order to cover cost if the fault does not lie with Boostyourpresence.net.  If fault does lie with boostyourpresence.net, or the order has not been received within the noted time frame, no charge will be levied upon the buyer.  Please note that the time period for fulfillment for Spotify hours will be up to 72 hours.

Once an order has been fulfilled / processed we are unable to cancel or refund that order.  A refund will be given, at no cost to the buyer, per above, in the rare event that there was some issue with the delivery or it was not received. but no later than 10 days after order placement.

If an order was submitted but no link / URL provided, a refund will not be given until that link has been provided by the buyer and we have the opportunity to fulfill the request.  If no link has been provided on a current order but has on a prior order, that same link or page will be used from most recent order placement to fulfill the current order.  The need to have a link/URL, or @name, is clearly stated four (4) separate  places throughout the order entry and procurement process, including twice on the checkout page.  If one is not provided, Boostyourpresence.net will make an attempt via email to the email on the account to resolve the issue.  If no response is received despite these attempts after 90 days, it is assumed that the funds are to be forfeit, the buyer is no longer interested, the email is no longer or valid (or never was), the site has been disbanded, etc.

If a specific link to a post has not been provided and only the page name (@name), it is at the discretion of the Boostyourpresence.net as to where these views, likes or plays are assigned.  A refund will not be given based upon our subjective allocation if the buyer has failed to provide an exact post / track link.  Boostyourpresence.net is not responsible for the type of likes, followers, view, etc provided, but will be provided in, as a minimum, the quantity ordered.  There may be an amount of attrition on the services provided, which is not uncommon, just as it is not in normal practice, and is well out of our control.  This is not grounds for a refund given all the other factors that could contribute to this decrease, however in the rare chance that this should this figure should be deemed excessive, which is extremely doubtful, as a courtesy we will provide a one time top up.  

If a video has been removed after Fulfillment once processing has begun or the link is no longer valid, a refund will not be provided as costs have already been incurred to set up the services ordered.  Boostyourpresence.net net is not responsible for the types or identifications of those likes, followers, plays, views, etc that are provided, nor are do we have commercial responsibility or liability if services are removed from pages/posts.  Services purchased will not action beyond what the service was paid for, so as an example, followers will not add likes, etc.

Cancellation.  An order can only be cancelled prior to fulfillment.  Once an order has been fulfilled the processing has been initiated and we can not retract an order once this has begun and can not offer a refund.  If a cancellation is required, please send an e-mail immediately to info@boostyourpresence.net or via or chat (when available)
